At Wrexham AFC Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized jerseys and hygiene-restricted items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship to the Racecourse

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
